General Campground Information

Check-in and Check-out times

Lodge / Cabins / Houses

CHECK IN: 3:00pm
CHECK OUT: 11:00am

You may request a late checkout. A $25 fee will be charged if a late checkout is available. If we cannot accommodate a late checkout, we ask that you honor our 11am time to minimize hardship on our housekeeping staff and the next arriving guests.

RV Sites

Late Check In - Arrivals

If you plan to arrive after our office closes, please contact us to arrange for a late check-in. For assistance, please call (863) 696-1108.

Quiet Time

Quiet hours are from 10:00pm – 7:00am. Please respect your neighbors by keeping noise volumes to a minimum during these hours.

Deposit Policy

All reservations require a one-night payment at the time of booking. Reservations 30 days or longer require a $200 deposit at time of booking.

Payment Policy

Payment for RV sites, Cabins, and Houses is due in full 14 days prior to check-in date. Payment for Lodge rooms is due in full 7 days prior to check-in date. For bookings 30 days or longer, the balance of the first month’s rent is due in full 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Daily/weekly reservations can be canceled 14 days prior to arrival for Cabins/Houses/RV Sites or 7 days prior to arrival for Lodge Rooms with no penalty. Reservations 30 days or longer can be canceled 30 days prior to arrival date. No refunds will be given for reservations that are not cancelled within these time frames.

Pool

The pool is open daily for Camp Mack guests only. There is no lifeguard on duty. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Please obey all posted rules. No animals are allowed in the pool area. No running, diving, or horseplay. Anyone behaving in an unsafe or destructive manner will be removed from the pool area. No one under the age of 18 is permitted without an adult.

Parking & Vehicles

RV Sites

Only two vehicles and one boat/trailer per RV site. Do not park extra vehicles in empty sites or in open areas. Additional parking is available in front of the clubhouse/pool area. See our office for storage options if you need additional parking.

Lodge Parking

Only one vehicle and one boat/trailer permitted per lodge room. Extra parking is available at the warehouse in designated spaces. Please use only your assigned space.

Pet’s

Pet owners are responsible for your pets. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Please pick up after your pets. The park is equipped with doggie bags for your convenience. Please make sure the bag is securely sealed and placed in the trash disposals. No pets are allowed in public buildings or the pool area. All animals must have rabies shots. Aggressive or barking dogs will not be allowed to remain at the campground.

RV Sites

Pets are welcome in our RV sites. Pets are limited to 2 pets per RV site and must be on a leash at all times. Please do not leave pets unattended and pick up after your pets to keep our park clean for our guests.

Lodge Rooms/Cabins/Houses

Pets are permitted in pet-friendly lodge rooms/cabins/houses with no more than 2 pets. The pet fee is a one time non refundable charge $100 per stay.

Wildlife

We are an RV park located on the Kissimmee River in rural Polk County. As such, inherent risks are present, including but not limited to uneven terrain, wildlife, acts of nature, etc. Please be observant of your surroundings.

Occasionally, we have alligators, water moccasins and other local wildlife in our retention ponds. No walking, riding, bicycling, fishing, or playing will be permitted. Violators will be prosecuted and asked to immediately vacate our premises. No refunds will be provided.

Docks & Waterfront

The waterfront area is for the enjoyment of residents and guests of Camp Mack. Docks are available for lease on a case-by-case basis through the office. Do NOT dock your boat at a slip that has not been designated to you. Children are required to wear life preservers when near the water or on the docks.

Gator Hunting

Please dump any gator remains cannot be dumped out into the lake. We provide bags for proper disposal of the remains.

Children

We are a family friendly resort. However, hazards do exist ie: wildlife, boat traffic, uneven ground, ATV’s/ golf carts etc. All minors must have adult supervision at all times. Parents are responsible for the whereabouts, safety, and conduct of their children.

Emergency

In the event of an emergency dial 911.

Trash

Guests are responsible to dispose of trash in the dumpsters available throughout the park.

Personal Property

The management is not responsible for any personal property lost or damaged on the campground by fire, theft, act of nature, or accident.

Lodge / Cabins / Houses Information

Smoking

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED IN ANY LODGE ROOMS, CABINS, OR HOUSES. Cigarette receptacles have been provided outside for your convenience. If there is smoking in any of our rooms/cabins/houses, a $50 fee will automatically be charged to your credit card.

Fish Cleaning

There is a fish cleaning station near the bait shack at the Outfitter Store. This is the ONLY place where fish may be cleaned. Do not use bathroom towels to clean fish. You will be charged $12 per towel for damaged or missing towels.

Pets

Pets are permitted in pet-friendly lodge rooms/cabins/houses with no more than 2 pets. The pet fee is a one time non refundable charge $100 per stay. All animals must have rabies shots. Aggressive or barking dogs will not be allowed to remain at the Resort.

Cooking

No cookers or hot plates are permitted. The lodge rooms are supplied with a mini-fridge, sink, coffee maker, and microwave for your convenience. This in no way suggests that cooking is allowed. If you wish to grill, please use the island areas around the motel, and not the driveways.

Ice

Ice machines at the lodge are supplied for personal use in the rooms, not for filling ice chests. Bags of ice may be purchased at the Camp Mack Store

Furniture

The furniture is heavy and built to accommodate the finest and most comfortable mattress sets available. Moving the furniture back is very difficult for our housekeeping staff. Please do not move any furniture.

Damages

Furnishings and decorations are provided for your comfort and enjoyment. Please keep in mind that all rooms/cabins/houses are inventoried before and after each use, and any missing items will be charged to your credit card accordingly. Any damages will be billed for repair or replacement, plus additional costs of lost revenues for the amount of time needed to return the room to its original condition.

Flammables

No flammables are permitted in any of the cabins/houses/lodge. This includes propane canisters/tanks, AV gas, candles, and cooking fuels.

Keys

keys may be left in rooms or returned to the drop box at the office (there is no longer one at the store). A $50 fee is applied for any keys that are lost or not returned.

Checkout - 11:00am.

You may request a late checkout. A $25 fee will be charged IF a late checkout is available. If we cannot accommodate a late checkout, we ask that you honor our 11 am time to minimize hardship on our housekeeping staff and the next arriving guests.

RV Site Information

Fires

Only elevated fire pits are allowed, no open fires. Dispose of cold ash in dumpsters and not on the grass.

Ropes

Please do not tie ropes or hammocks to trees. No clotheslines are permitted.

Please place trash in the dumpsters provided throughout the park. Please remove cigarette butts and bottles caps before leaving your site.

Generators

The use of generators is strictly prohibited.

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is available for purchase through AirLink from your phone. The instructions are in your welcome packet provided from the office. Airlink is a 3rd party provider. The office does not have the ability to assist with your Airlink needs. Please contact them directly.

Firewood

Firewood is available for sale at the Outfitter Shop.

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES is grounds for eviction from the park without refund.
